This company, Eco Air were awesome. I wanted to support local so gave these a call. Phone call was answered by a person straight away, very polite and professional. He gave me an exact time and date when they would come, rather than an 8-5 all day estimate. They arrived at the time quoted. Diagnosed the problem quickly and sourced the part. Heat pump was fixed the same morning. The people on the phone and heat pump technicians were polite, professional and explained every thing from start to finish, nice to see that these days.
